The property is eco-friendly and most products, systems and energy have been converted to sustainable sources so please keep this in mind throughout your stay.

The property is a 6-bedroom, 3-bath, single family home with spacious rooms and plenty of seating. There is an enclosed backyard with patio dining seating for 12 and an attached garage converted into a rec room. The house has a laid-back, eclectic, homey feel and has all of the basic essentials you would find in a home. The entertainment options are endless, so boredom is not an option. An arcade machine along with a Nintendo, N64, Wii, foosball, ping pong, board game library and plenty of yard games will keep any group busy and having fun. The mood lighting throughout the house and yard creates the perfect ambience and watching outdoor movies and games on the 75inch screen is a great way to relax when the weather is nice. With a bar, beach gear and boards, outdoor shower, hammock, full kitchen, grill, games, TV's and blackout curtains in every bedroom this house has it all and is the perfect place for any gathering. It's located in the much-desired Brigantine A-zone near the Brigantine Circle, is a short walk to many stores, 3 blocks to the beach and a 10 min drive to Atlantic City. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and is not meant to be used for parties. No commercial, large or noisy groups please. Dogs are permitted with pre-approved arrangements before booking for a fee. All non-family groups must be 25 and older.
